Finally tried he burgers here at Williamstown and decided to try the burger and hotdog and beer battered chips. The burger was juicy and packed with flavour the hotdog was quiet good full of ingredients but those chips are crazy good.

The highlight of Between 2 Buns is the brioche they use. Its soft yet crunchy bcause of the sesame seed outside the bun. The beef itself is savoury and we 'll seasoned. Sometimes you 'll hear a 'clang!!! ' Slammed behind you if you sit at the counter. That 's the chef flattening the beef on the grill to a perfect patty. The staff are nice and friendly too! As for the atmosphere, this place have a coffee shop cozy feels and its perfect for a quick bite or lunch.

This burger couldn 't possibly look more badass than it does right now, fire and brimstone in the background, the meat and cheese just staring at you dead in the face, almost taunting you, saying 'oh are you hungry? You 're pathetic, I bet you couldn 't even eat half of me without getting full! '. Oh you don 't hear the burger speaking to you? That 's just me? Okay then...moving on.<br/ .<br/ This is 'The Farmyard ' with extra Farm from the legends down at @between_2_buns. Packing 3x Fried Chicken, 3x Beef Patties, 3x cheese, 3x bacon, lettuce, BBQ, mustard, B2B sauce and onion rings. Definitely one of the bigger burgers I 've had the pleasure of devouring of recent memory, but then again my memory is **** terrible so don 't quote me on that.<br/ <br/ REAL GOOD TIME, ANY DAY OF THE WEEK! <br/ For probably one of the furthest burger joints I 've driven to (excluding Geelong) this was definitely a burger that was worth the trip! The beef was great, cooked perfectly and delicious. The bacon as well was exactly how I like it, not too crunchy/crispy not too soft. However the star of the show was the fried chicken (as always) which really surprised me here, they have a very light coating in their chicken which normally is a no go for me, but they managed to make it **** delicious despite the lack of crunchy, oily, batter!<br/ $16 for the standard burg. Which has just one of each menu item as opposed to my down right silly triple everything.<br/ <br/ The guys at @between_2_buns have really nailed the outdoor aesthetic with their Williamstown store, with an outdoor fireplace and cosy seating arrangement, it would make a great private function area for any social gathering. If these guys weren 't on the other side of melbourne from me I 'd definitely be visiting them a lot more often!

From what used to be an old run down New York Minute, Between 2 Buns have revamped, re-novated and re-introduced quality burgers in the Williamstown area. The burgers are very hard to fault, the loaded fries are very hard to fault and the price point is great value.
