呉の鳥やさんは一通りいきましたが、ダントツ好きなのは鳥八茶屋さん。 素材も料理もレベルが高い。お客さんを喜ばせようとする姿勢が伝わります。 さらに、お店の雰囲気が落ち着いていて、清潔感もオシャレさも素敵。器の使い方も盛り付けも綺麗。 70代の母も気に入っており、家族での食事でも頻繁に利用させていただいてます。 私はもう呉を離れて久しく、長期休暇のタイミングしか帰省できませんが、確実に帰省の目的の1つです。
