The Lobby Lounge - Kuala Lumpur

The service was neither very good nor attentive, the quality of the food was not as good as expected as we were at the Ritz Hotel. When I asked for an additional pot of tea, I was advised that only one pot was contained. I was then offered hot water to add my pot with used tea! The best thing was that the harpist was live plying. I would probably not recommend the afternoon tea here.

The ambience was really nice and quiet at first, but later it was the whole house and it turned into a kbbq place type of loud mood. Eating was okay, nothing fantastic or amazing.

Place was full and loud. There are no social distancing measures. The tables were nearby. No other alcohol options except the champagne package.

Good ambience and teas. Love the violin performance and the comfortable lounge. Beautiful interior. Perfect for hi tea with my girls or casual meeting
