Klopa - Kruikenstad Nederland

I was here for the first time 10 months ago and I would have given 5 stars then. Now I was there with my family and two children and I give them two because of a series of things that stood out: the shop and toilets are not clean, the smell of smoke in the shop, undercooked pizza base, greasy börek and a mix grill that is greasy than it should be. The flavors of the food are less full and rich than before. The staff at the table was certainly friendly, but after paying I was turned away before I could even say hello. Strange and unclear why. All in all a very different experience than the first time. I hope Klopa recovers because the concept is correct. It is one of the rare places where you can eat and drink something in Sarajevo. The food is very delicious and the waiters are very attentive and they all speak English. Delicious food, friendly staff. It's a shame that there is no proper extraction from the open kitchen. As soon as you enter it smells really bad, after a while you can feel it in your eyes.
