Gaston Vega Food Truck - Kristianstad

A green food truck that serves different vegan dishes like burger, soup, stew, salad and you can also pre-order the traditional Swedish smörgåstårta (a few days in advance). The ingredients is locally produced and the dishes is homemade. Be sure to order the vegan options because there also is lacto-ovo alternatives. I love the burger!

This burger was something new for me. a completely homemade patty from locally grown black beans, cooked for perfection for a perfect consistency and taste. I'd say it's also a pretty good price. I really have to go back and try the other burgers. we recommend this food truck!
