The price vs quality in here is amazing. Went here for some hot chocolate and cake with my friend. The waiters were polite and speak English. The cakes we tried are amazing and the size of the piece is worth for the price paid.

Entered the cafe when a waiter walked past me. I greeted him as I was looking for a table. He just looked at me angrily as if he was pissed off about having an additional customer and he never replied. I still waited patiently inside the cafe to be seated but he walked past me a second time looking very annoyed and again not recognising me. The restaurant unlike most other places was almost empty this Saturday afternoon and it is obvious why. I think you should really look for different employees who are willing to take care of a customer and don’t obviously hate their job.

Visited this bijou little cafe restaurant in the Alter Markt after our flight into Köln. The service was good and the menu offered some great examples of Kölsch and German cuisine. I opted for the black pudding with mash potato, applesauce, and fried onions or “Himmel un Äd” so tasty! It was the ideal comfort food after a long day. Especially washed down with a glass of Gaffel Kölsch Schuss. My wife ordered the Brauhaus Teller two pork schnitzels with fried potatoes, onions, and bacon.

We stopped here for a drink after a walk through the old town. We didnt want to pay €8 for a glass of wine so we went with the milkshake instead. Big mistake, worst milkshake i ever tasted. Waiter wasnt very friendly aswell and kept coming back to ask if we were going to order something else. Wouldnt recommend this place!

Waited 45 min for a simple lunch while the terras was almost empty. The waiter wasn't very service minded. Don't stop here, keep on walking!
