The operator doesn't mention anything about the cards, and you only find out about it when you arrive with your kids for the tour. They condescendingly say that you should have studied the website better. For 1.5 hours, the kids were led around the building, where they were told about the workings of different machines. Not interesting. If you go on your own, without a tour, bring food with you. Or be prepared for a long wait in line at the field kitchen on weekends - we stood in line for 40 minutes, even though there weren't many people. Only 5-7 people were ahead of us.
