The Mexican - Krakow

Great place but only first time when i came here. The food was great but only 1st time. I decided to bring my sister here and i regret. The portions were super small comparing the price. I do NOT recommended at all. It is expensive comparing quality price.

First of all, and most importantly, simply dont go here. We have had such a terrible experience here and I will explain why I would NEVER recommend this place. Buckle up because this is going to take a while since so many things were simply not ok. For starters, the 1L coctail , is just 800ml of ice and 200ml of beverage of which almost none is alcohol. This isnt the end of the world it took 2,5hours for our dishes to arrive at the table. We 've seen 3 tables (and these are only the tables within our sight) that got their food before we did. After the first half of the table got its dish, it took another 15 min for the last dish to arrive. We are not unreasonable people and get that not all plates can arrive simultaniously, but 15min is unacceptably long for the other dishes to arrive. If that isn 't bad enough, one of the dishes was extremely spicy, eventhough the order was explicitly said NOT spicy. Afterwords, after making it clear that the person that ordered it would not be able to eat it, she still had to pay for the plate eventhough it was not our mistake. To resolve this issue someone at our table offered to eat the dish and pay for it. The restaurant did not offer any solutions nor did they show any form of regret or apologise for anything. Last but not least, when we went to pay by card we did not get the option to choose how we wanted to pay, in euro or zloty. This eventhough a choice automatically pops up on the terminal and you just have to click either euro or zloty. The waitress 'asked ' euro or zloty, then, I kid you not, immediatly choose euro and even had the audacity to say 'sorry to late '. We have had experience working in restaurants and even waiting tables, but what happened tonight was unacceptable in so many ways. Sadly they took the 'service not included ' literally by being so unprofessional towards their guests.

Wonderful Mexican Food

This is a nice restaurant. Has great service food and music.

Great Mexican feeling to the bar/restaurant. A must go when in Krakow if you like the Mexican theme!!!
