Bidrage med feedbackWorse customer service ever. Lack of attention to details and customers. Lack of napkin replacement. Excessive price for tap water. Depressing atmosphere. Very uncomfortable upright seats. Was charged normal price for tap water. My friend accidentally knocked her water glass off the table. The waiter came with three napkins to clean it. And didn't bother replacing it. Messy menu. The food itself was complete disappointment. Basically paid 115zl for rice and vegetables for their sushi set. Where's the fish? If you're reading this, have some better standards for yourself and eat somewhere else.
I'm not a fan of sushi but I enjoyed stay there. Restaurant inside looks really great. Quite expansive...
Delicious ramen and sushi. Highly recommend the salmon karage. Even better than a chicken one. The ramen broth was very rich and thick. It was almost gravy-like. Different from what I’d usually have but was delicious. Nice selection of Fentiman’s ingredients too. Nice ambience and we were served quickly. Think the fried egg in the ramen is an odd choice and would probably advise a boiled egg replacement instead.
We had to wait 1.5 hour for the delivery and called to ask about it. The order was overseen. Than it took 2 hours in total to get our delivery. When delivered the pizza was totaly cold. Our kids where so dissapointed after waiting so long. We contacted Musso and they told us we get a refund. But we got nothing and no answer to our sms asking about it.
