Dakshin The Veg - Kozhikode

I’ve been a regular customer of this restaurant for over half-a-decade and I’ve never been disappointed to date. It’s nothing more than a typical pure veg hotel, so don’t expect the ambience and style of the restaurant to take your breath away. But, the food will surely make your belly feel happy. Reasonably Priced and Super Delicious Veg Dishes is the shortest and simplest way to describe the experience. The time taken to deliver the order is also not bad compared to many restaurants Secondly, it’s located just opposite to the main KSRTC bus stand in Kozhikode, which is a blessing for all those who’ve had a long bus journey and seek a refreshing meal. Overall, you’ll be satisfied with the money you and the food you ate here. Oh oh, BTW, there’s a waiter called Karthik. I highly recommend him guys. He’s so polite and friendly. One of the best waiters I’ve come across

The food may well be good. The attitude of the counter staff was appalling. The least you do when u are the front of a hospitality service business, towards a guest who has come to have morning breakfast on a sunday is to be pleasing and respond after listening to the query. The staff there was anything but pleasing. He was rude and inattentive. He said there was a particular food item, when i asked. I paid for it via googlepay. Then he looks at the kitchen area and says, that item is not there. When i asked, what can be done now... He was unapologetic and just gave me the money back in cash. Not even ready to entertain the thought that the customer may buy something else. As he put the cash on the counter, i too thought it is not right to have food here. My story. Hope you had a better experience.

The food is good in terms of taste and quality but the washing area is not very good because the hand wash is literally filled with water , if we push the hand wash bottle we get some water with hand wash fragrance, this is a common thing that I've experienced in many hotels similar to this phenomenon. They are making profit from this I am not sure this is a good thing . the customers are feeling bad feedback from many hotels like this phenomenon . Otherwise food is good . That's all.
