So delicious! I ate two bowls in one sitting and even finished all the vegetables. I feel a bit embarrassed. I've flown back to Taiwan and really want to eat it again.
This street food is tasty with straightforward ingredients. For an extra kick, you can try their house-made spicy pickled radish.
