Bidrage med feedbackToday demand for dim-sum and veggie fish in Sichuan-Soup. their noodles had “wok” aroma and the steam dumpling and steam rice roll skin were perfectly thin. highly recommended although the place seems packed, book it better. they also require 1.15 hours of eating time.
Without doubt this is the most extensive and well curated vegan dim-sum menu in hongkong. the snow mountain charsiu and the siu mais are absolutely must haves. will definitely come back for their a la carte – many interesting dishes!
The food and service at this restaurant were top-notch. The only slight downside was the constant scraping of metal chairs on the tiled floor, creating an unpleasant noise. Despite this, it was still a pleasant dining experience.
I went for the dim sum and was not disappointed that everything was so good, especially the peach bunks. You fill out a form to make your order, which is convenient. I could have tried everything! What I don't like is that you can't make a reservation online, just via the phone. My reservation was at 2:30 and when I arrived there, the place was not full, so you could take me a gamble. Just like our last visit, we were once again impressed by the authenticity of the dishes at this restaurant. The use of minimal to no MSG resulted in a pure and unadulterated taste in their dim sum. The mushroom dishes were excellent and the mango pudding was so good that even someone like me, who isn't typically a fan of mango, was won over.
