Lotus Express - KOTARA

Ordered a French vanilla slice, a green tea and a cappuccino. Advised there was a 10 minute wait for hot drinks. Vanilla slice arrived promptly and was very nice. Twenty minutes later we went looking for our hot drinks? Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed! We’ve been coming to Lotus for years but won’t be back after the terrible food and drinks we were served today. Our coffees were tepid and tasteless. The Portuguese tart wasn’t fresh. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cups not clean, descriptions on menu misleading. Generally extremely poor. Also apply surcharge but don’t advise you. Food: 1 Service: 1

I have been going to lotus at kotara and the junction for over 15 years , today I took a girlfriend for breakfast eggs Benedict we both had and a coffee, it was $60 for two see through pieces of ham with a teaspoon of hollandaise sauce and barley cooked eggs on toast , I’m no sure why our go to breakfast and coffee shop at kotara has gone so bad very disappointing lotus you need to lift your game .
