Worst customer service.Staff are rude and not friendly...

I can't believe I'm saying this. Hero sushi was my go-to sushi long time ago because I used to work there. Everything were great. I don't know what happen, but their customer service and food flavour are bad now after the pandemic. I can't taste the vinegar in the sushi rice, their boxes(spicy box) are not displayed how it used to. I understand they took out the Udon, don and poke salad after a while. But now, i don't think I'm going back to Hero sushi. Thanks for the service.

Good sushi but really bad customer service. No hello or bye. The older Asian lady is always rude and just throws the food on the counter!

The staff here is extremely friendly, and the food is delicious at a great price. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the cost per person was between A$1 and A$20. I would rate the food and service both a 5 out of 5, with the atmosphere being a 4.
