I had a bad experience at McD KB Mall yesterday 24th July 2021. I redeemed 3 items totaled RM 30 and gave the cash to the staff. Receipts were successfully printed and i was waiting for the food. Later the staff came to me and said the order didnt went through.. I was wondering then why McDonalds manage to gave me the printed receipt.. The mystery was unsolved. I didnt get my buRgers...today i went to KFC HAHAHA. Goodbye McDonald's

It is the place where me and my family members used to enjoy dinner after having whole day shopping in KB Mall. Although it is crowded, we still happily queuing for our dinner. At least food is nice and place is clean

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and polite, providing great service as they bring the food to your table. However, the downside is that it can be too crowded at peak times, with insufficient seating available.
