Water or water time! After reading many of the reviews from the restaurant, I was very excited to come for a good bite. to my disappointment was not what I expected from a 4-star restaurant. when I called my order, the telephone line was busy for 5 minutes and they wouldn't answer before I called them 3 times with 2 minute intervals when the line was more busy. I thought they had a lot of traffic with their orders, so I didn't think much of it. they answered and I have hired my order. they said it would take 45 minutes until it's ready to pick up. I was incredibly hungry and was excited to eat, although it took longer than usual to be prepared. I took the 45 minutes to explore the kongsvinger fortification, which was past the time quite fast and after 50 minutes I was there to get my food. but when I arrived and paid for the order, I had to wait 20 minutes before it was finally finished with me. that was a bit annoying, but from the previous reviews I prayed that eating as good as the people said it was when I and my family brought it to a river not far away, we took out the food and it looked pretty good. but when we started eating, we realized that this looks deceitful. we ordered a camem lachs and the veggie tofu maki, both had incredibly sticky and kaureis, much more than it should be. the lachsnigiri was completely dry, and together with the hard drinking this was inconspicuous. the vegan tofu was rock hard and the maki was 90% crispy salat. the Tempura-Maki had incredibly thick rice, so no place for the actual inside, but just as tasted the sose top as remulade, something that was very repulsive when it eats maki. the best thing to eat was the sashimi that was just laughing. I regret that this was not worth the price or the waiting period. we will not come back here again and I suggest that other people go elsewhere.
