Starbucks - Komendantsky aerodrom

Really rude!!! Kept mistaking the order, and when they were kindly and nicely corrected the response was aggressive and rude. Girls with round prescription glasses.

Today, I ordered a small cappuccino upon arrival. When I received my order, the cup was very hot. The milk for the coffee was overheated to the point where it boiled. There was an unpleasant taste of scalded milk that completely overpowered the taste of the coffee. A spoiled coffee for a not insignificant amount of money. And the foam in Starbucks leaves much to be desired. Just bubbles, no creamy texture. It's as if it came from a cheap coffee machine.

They pour very hot coffee at around 90 degrees without warning. I got severely burned.

I have never encountered anything worse than Starbucks.

Terrible service. They ask about how you want your coffee roasted at the cashier, and then it turns out it's an extra charge of 50 rubles. Not cool. Plus, the coffee doesn't taste very good.
