We often come here to eat with friends. Fast and tasty food, on Fridays and Saturdays you don't have to wait for rolls and hot dishes for hours unlike Tokyo City. The rolls are good, they make thick slices of salmon.

I want to highlight the excellent service at the restaurant in Kolpino by two wonderful waiters, Polina and Alexey. The staff is always responsive and attentive! And special thanks to the chef Sergey Fedosov for the perfectly cooked dish and incredibly beautiful presentation.

Great cuisine, fantastic service. The only small observation, which did not spoil the celebration overall, was that we were not warned that there would be a screen unfolding above the corner tables we reserved, and that there would be not music playing, but rather mixed martial arts fights.

We came to this restaurant based on reviews, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. It seems like we may have just been unlucky. Many have already commented on the disorganization of the staff's work, and we encountered this right from the moment we walked in. We had made a reservation in advance, but upon arriving, we had to wait 5 minutes for the host to figure out where we could be seated. We were given only one menu for the two of us, and the second one was brought only after we asked for it. It was frustrating trying to get the attention of the waitstaff, who were all gathered at the bar talking and not seeming interested in serving the customers. The highlight of our visit was finding a dish with hair in it, which is completely unacceptable regardless of how loyal a customer you may be or the establishment's class. Although it was removed from the bill, the incident left a bad impression. Dear management, please work on improving the behavior of your staff at all levels. While individual shortcomings can be overlooked, when they all come together, it can turn a night at your establishment into a disaster. The steaks were delicious though, that's the only positive thing we can say.
