Volcano Pizza Kauai - KOLOA

That was the most shameful pizza I ever had. karton would have tasted better. to get some taste of my veggie pizza, I asked after ranch dressing. I could not even believe that the waitress calculated $2.00 for the dressing. we have left more than 1/2 the pizza. didn't even want to take the rest home. I can't understand how this restaurant usually gets good reviews. I would look for other pizzafrozen would be better!

From here to the birthday of my wife. ignore the eating snobs, this place makes a decent pizza. jalapeno poppers are also good. In addition, I don't give 5 stars alone on food. the personal is wonderful. there was a kind of problem when I ordered tonight the takeout that caused a delay to get mine, and every pizza. the staff was friendly, courteous, kept me on running, gave every free brownies and apologised very much. they could've blown off me and they could only tell me that my order comes when she came or went and hid in the back office. but they didn't. they stood too foot to calm the angry mafia. they sat there and heard several coveted unaccompanied costumes as the pizza was 15 minutes too late. this is occupied with people who care about what they do. at a time with Covid restrictions, things happen as entrepreneurs myself I know it is not easy. I say to my employees, it is not important that there was a problem, it is how they treat the problem that is important. if they were where my personal would have been proud. long story short, good pizza, great staff. Eating here is a good choice.

The New York style pizza was authentic and delicious! Our bartender was friendly and helpful and attentive and the wine was excellent. They also had LIVE music. Great Stop!!

The pizzas are GREAT when they're great, and NOT GREAT when they're not. So essentially the consistency is the biggest issue. It's a shame they can't figure out some kind of queuing system on the phone to order for take out. It's near impossible to get anything but a busy signal.
