Starbucks - KOLOA

The coffee was awful, like dishwater. The latte was so weak we could not even taste any coffee. It was like drinking watered-down, warm milk. Very disappointing and not like the usual Starbucks coffee. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.

Coffee great. Staff that are still there are good. Used to be one if the best Starbucks locations with a wonderful team. As the store is only open so few days it?s hard to make it a regular coffee stop again.

Been to many Starbucks. These folks are really good at the breakfast/morning rush and getting all the orders done correctly. Look forward to coming here daily when in town.

Super busy and the staff was slamming and jamming. Got our order right out and very quick to deliver in spite of the early morning surge where the shops were all about to open. Great staff! Mahalo!

First things first, the lead or the manager was obviously working hard. She was hustling and very customer service oriented. What was lack luster was the employee who rang up my birthday drink. I came in happy and said it is my birthday and I get to have my free drink! Instead of saying hi or happy birthday , she said pull up your bar on your app so I can scan it. Anything else you need? I came happy and left grumpy. I seldom go to Starbucks and this experience makes me want to go less.
