Charnock's - Kolkata

I visited Charnock at 9 pm. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick. The food and drinks were delicious. The only area for improvement is that they need to update their online payment system.

I just want to start off by saying that this restaurant is my favorite. The ambiance and decorations are very appealing to me. It has been awhile since my last visit to Charnocks, around 10 years ago, but I still remember the delicious dishes like fulko luchi, daab chingri, and mutton kosha. On Nabami, I had lunch there and ordered fish fingers with a green chutney, badshahi kebab with mayo, a virgin mojito (which was disappointing), steamed rice, alu jhuri bhaja, sona moong dal, and my favorite posto r bora. The portion sizes seemed to have decreased, but the food was still enjoyable. The chingri and eilish bhapa were highlights of the meal, and the nolen gur ice cream was simply heavenly.
