Love thia place and have eaten here many times. ordered a make your own mexican bowl but it did not come as expected. called up the restaurant and spoke to Mr mehboob the manager. he said we are sorry for your experience and I will personally make sure that the next time I order, the experience will be perfect. I ordered last night and called mehboob. I requested him to add nacho chips to the Mexican bowl(which wasn 't a part of it) and he said 'aapke liye jaan haazir hai ' . finally when the order came it was perfect and I have no complaints. mistakes happen, but the way you respond, say sorry and correct your mistakes matters a lot. thanks NYBC and Mehboob for the awesome experience. 11/10 will order again

The order that I had placed was not correct. They very efficiently replaced it by themselves !!! Great food great work amazing customer service !!! Well done despite the pandemic ! Huge respect

I visited before lock down<br/ I order Burrito Bowl taco<br/ The food was yummmie.... absolutely love everything that I tired here.. Excellent quantity quality of the food<br/ <br/ staff was very friendly the service were fast too..<br/ <br/ if u r Mexican food lover..must must visit this cafe <br/ totaly worth the money <br/ <br/ Cons 1)I think they should give atleast glass of water. Because the water bottle is little expensive i.e 90/ <br/ 2) The veggies which they put on burrito bowl should be extra more..<br/ <br/ quality 5/5<br/ value for money 5/5<br/ Food 5/5
