Delhi Darbar Express - Kolad

My cravings for biryani led to this famous place in Nariman Point. Delhi Darbar claims to be the biryani place in Mumbai from 1973. We went there for dinner which was empty on a working day but it's difficult to find a spot during lunch time here as the office crowd descends here.We called for a veg biryani. We had to choose a raita too. It wasn't served along with that. The taste of the food was pretty good and food came hot

A good place to try biryani, we tried their chicken biryani which is cooked very well and chicken pieces were soft and juicy. It is served in authentic way and taste is very nice. Ambience is quite good and decent. Seating area is also good. Staff is very nice.

I had chicken biryani aa t this place the taste of the briyani was very authentic and the serving was quiet impresive the place was very decent and hygenic and staffs were very welcoming. The biryani was awesome overall the experience was good.

Delhi Darbar Express is the new casual dining restaurant in Nariman Point by the very well known restaurant brand Delhi Darbar.<br/ <br/ The menu here offers the most popular and all time favourite dishes from the brand, as well as the pricing is relatively less here.<br/ <br/ They also offer combo meals, which is a good option in lunch for people working in that area.<br/ <br/ Serving North Indian, Mughlai and Seafood in both veg and non veg, veg options are very limited, as they are always known for their hardcore non vegetarian food.<br/ But yes I enjoyed whatever I had ordered for in veg.<br/ <br/ Ambience and service was decently good.<br/ <br/ Coming to what all we tried......<br/ <br/ • Veg Spring Rolls<br/ • Paneer Tikka<br/ And in Mains.....<br/ • Mushroom Kadai<br/ • Paneer Makhanwala<br/ • Punjabi Dal<br/ • Roomali Roti<br/ • Veg Biryani<br/ <br/ Everything was decently tasty, Paneer Tikka was very spice but overall good in taste, loved the crunchy spring rolls out of the 2 appetizers.<br/ Both the gravies were soul satisfying, little spicy, but it was flavourful, creamy and delicious.<br/ It was good along with soft moist roomali rotis.<br/ Coming to Biryani, they serve undoubtedly the best biryani.<br/ <br/ Ended the meal with my most favourite Matka Firni, which was the best of my dinner here, so chilled, creamy and perfect.<br/ <br/ It was a nice decent meal, not wow types.
