Mcdonald's - Kokomo

Very disappointing and worrisome. Some of our food was cold. Waited a long time for the order and dining area was very dirty. Trash was overflowing and there seemed to be plenty of staff. I worry the condition of the kitchen area after seeing the condition of the dining area

They forgot our milk and orange juice but I got it without any issues. Easy mistake while they were dealing with technical issues with the reader boards at drive thru. Still good service.

Slow service. Made a mobile order that they “didn’t receive “ I have to call the corporate office to get a refund. So I paid twice for the food. Got home and this was what I bit into

Little blonde girl was just sitting pretty not doing her work.pulled her phone out in front of the customers. Kid on register was paying mind to other people’s conversations instead of finishing his task. I used to work for McDonald’s and was one hell of a worker.

OMG, takes too long from ordering to pickup. I'm assuming short of staff? Certainly not worth the time. Wendy's is always consistent. McDonald's is overrated and not the best.
