Hacienda Mexican - Kokomo

The BEST Mexican restaurant in the state of Indiana. The staff is great but the food is OUTSTANDING. Live their white queso and strawberry margarita. Their fajitas are delicious and they are a huge plate!

Lots of food for the price! The chips and salsa are some of the best around. We always get a white queso dip with ours, highly recommend! You will get some of the best, friendliest service around! Refills show up without having to ask, more chips come out before the container empties. The fried caramel ice cream is the best thing invented!

Greeted by the host and seated promptly. This restaurant is a Mexican themed American take on Mexican food. Waitress didn't come around and take drink orders for the two of us for a long time. After reviewing the menu I was told twice that the items I wanted were not available? I thought whatever give me something you do have? The menus are shrinking along with the selection. Three dollar drinks and sides add up quick! Chimichanga was just OK. If this is Your Place things are changing check back soon. I would not personally recommend this establishment. Enjoy!

Not sure how to start this review..... Positive first; the food and drinks were great. Hot, tasty, and satisfying. Our service on the other hand was something I may have a hard time trying to describe. Nikki was our server. I am not sure what was wrong with her. This restaurant was moderately busy but not on a wait. Nikki was distressed and out of breath our entire visit. Every table she visited she was out of breath, explained how chaotic it was, and was in tears almost with every table food drop off. She seemed as if she was acting and trying to get sympathy from each table because of her level of pain or stress. She made my husband and I uncomfortable from start to finish. My advice to this Hacienda: The management needs to be more aware of the service given by their employees. A simple table touch would be beneficial from time to time to talk to the guest. Also, observe your emoloyees while they are working. Then, maybe, you won't get reviews such as these on google.

Food portions are TINY!! You don’t get much food here at all. I just came here to eat yesterday. September 8th 2022. The last time I was here was in April of this year (2022) and I got way more rice and beans, and I had 3 shrimp tacos. This time I only got 2 shrimp tacos and it was a literal spoon full of beans and rice. For the price they charge here you should get way more food. Won’t be coming back.
