Annie - Koh Samui

I would honestly give this place 5 stars but Happy Cow won't allow it for not being fully vegetarian/vegan however most of the menu is vegan or vegetarian! The food is so delicious and the decor is incredible!

Many many vegan options but expensive place. a dish costs 200-300 baht. thousands of vegan desserts available tho.

Annie’s is great but a little odd. They have an extensive vegan menu and vegan signs out front but also serve fish, eggs and dairy milk as an option. The cakes were amazing (although I’d give the brownie a miss and go for the chocolate bar or snickers! , the shakes were delicious but super intense! I’d also give the açai bowl a miss too. Wasn’t my favourite and vegan heaven does a better one down the road. But this is THE place for coffee and cake!!

Although this place is not 100% vegan and I usually prefer fully vegan places, I would say it is an outstanding exception, and totally in a good way! I've been living on the island for many years being vegan, so I've seen and tried literally everything. First of all, Annie's cafe is mainly vegan and the variety of its vegan meals is impressive. Secondly, the food quality is second to none which is really important if you prefer healthy choices. Thirdly, the staff here is super friendly and always helpful. Finally, the location is very convenient too and if you're far away from Lamai, Annie offers you three other locations around the island which is just awesome. It was really fast that this place became my favorite on Koh Samui and it still is, after years of eating here really often. Don't miss this gem!

Pleasant dinner experience at Annie today. Relaxing, chill atmosphere and good food. The service is great and the majority of meals are vegan. They serve salmon and a few non vegan options. They also accommodated to my peanut allergy.
