Anthony's Kitchen - Kofu

The falafel plate served at lunchtime is incredibly delicious. Everything is made in-house, from the sauces to the pickled vegetables, chips, and bread. If you mention that you are vegan, the chef, Anthony, will help you navigate the menu and suggest substitutions. For example, the falafel plate usually comes with yogurt sauce, but Anthony can swap it out for avocado for vegans. Additionally, some pasta dishes can be made vegan upon request. Other vegan options include sourdough bread with hummus and grilled eggplant, as well as turmeric or apple ginger smoothies. They are currently accepting reservations for a vegan Christmas dinner.
