Schiller's Restaurant - Koblenz

Fabulous meal on a Monday night in Koblenz. The restaurant was fully booked so we treated ourselves with a glass of Riesling while enjoying the pre dinner starter of delicious and summer fresh tomato and cucumber composees. I had the “steinbutt” and my husband clams...and waygu veal all of which were made with attention to detail and were awesome. The desserts were of a good size And we enjoyed ever bite. Petit fours were served with eggnog before we were done. The price for our indulgence was very low compared to the high quality of the meal. We’ll be back…

I returned to Schillers again after years, and found that things have not changed at all. High standards still prevail at this establishment. The food is outstanding and everything sampled was excellent. Service was very professional and attentive. Every attention happily was given to...adapt a dish for myself to make it vegetarian. The restaurant has a feeling of Gemütlichkeit which in German means the idea feeling of warmth, friendliness and good cheer. Prices are high, but it is nice for that special night out. Reservations are recommended.

We enjoyed a set tasting menu with wine pairings. The food was very creative and delicious and the selection of local wines were excellent. The owner and staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.

Very creative (so not the typical German restaurant) with equally good servie. Nice wine card if you are into German wines, some French and Italian but limited choice.

We chose the tasting menu, the wine that they helped us pick out, the service, location, all was quite memorable.
