Bidrage med feedbackThis charming restaurant is located in a neighbourhood on the outskirts of koblenz. it is an old town house that has been converted into a small restaurant with about 30 seats and white tablecloth service. the owner greeted us in the beautiful dining room and left. in a relaxed lunch. our table neighbours included an older couple who looked like local favorites, as well as a family that enjoys a Sunday dinner together. parking front is a challenge, but you can find many possibilities in a short walk of the restaurant. we enjoyed some beautiful appetizers, including some beautifully prepared pan-fried entenleber, a very tasteful lens soup and a striking beetroot carpaccio. our escapes were a generous part of fish damped with fenced vegetables and orange butter, as well as a bark fillet sous vide with a truffled potato puree. all dishes were beautifully presented and lit with taste and balance. my bark fillet was perfect and melts in its mouth soft and juicy and the accompanying delicate spicy and truffle puree were a perfect balance to improve the tasteful bark. the deenleber was simply presented and perfectly cooked and seasoned. this is not a city restaurant where they have foot traffic and guests who come here come especially for the amazing eating and quiet ambiente. the service was efficient and on this afternoon the owner was to manage the front of the house – service and guide was unique in the perspective of a owner. he knew every dish, every ingredient, every wine. it was nice to see and we enjoyed a lot there. this is a hidden gem and it is worth being in the Koblenz area. this is our third time there and every time we enjoy it more and more.

We were welcomed very courteously and friendly.Because we had lust on sparingly, but on the map have not seen anything, we asked for a recommendation.We were also not disappointed and received an individual menu.All this was an absolutely sensational palate joy! We found the price level medium to high, e.g. my excellent wein was quite favorable!The atmosphere was pleasant, somewhat classic and very professional.Here we want to go again at the next visit in koblenz!
Who, as evidently one of the previously assessed reviewers, a white carving or a hamburger for when it goes, still expects to be below 8,50 €, should go where such foods are usually offered. in the müller's country guesthouse, he is at any rate ill of the place. Here, guests who like both the cozy and up to the detailed ambiente of the country guest house as well as the food served with the best service. Here you can enjoy the menus offered and the à la carte dishes. whether in the frame of family celebrations, visit with friends and family, at least we never had the impression that the prices that are certainly in the upper range would not have been worth the performance. Here, besides the offered, who in their compilation also always offer something new, elsewhere not yet present, also the well-designed aperitifs, degestifs as lovingly arranged and also the eye-performing deserts. all this has its price that we would like to visit at many to pay because not least also the pleasant public gives you the feeling that you can spend your evening stylishly. the recurring awards of different restaurant guides have been recognisable here.
About the quality of eating you can't say anything negative. but unfortunately completely covered and much too expensive. the portions are small, the selection of dressed as well. I don't need to shake it through the wet. then I prefer to go to schillers, even expensive but not so exaggerated "Schicki-Micki".
Fine cooking culture, with finesse. pleasant atmosphere in the interior. beautiful small garden, in summer wonderful to dine, with a few "art objects".Fresh ware, most recommended the menus. wine card is ok, there are a few good droplets, but daas is always subjectiw. champagne selection somewhat restricted and disproportionate in price.Service always friendly and accommodating. tipp: young worker more in the upmarket service briefing.
