Great and fresh sushi, best in Koblenz and can catch up with many good sushi bars in Japan. Restaurant is managed by the owners, so no complaints on service...
A nice little address at the entrance of a deep garage, between the old town and the shopping streets of koblenz. predominantly young publikum the space (with Asian decoration) is always full from 12:00 to 15:00 clock and guarantees the fresh of the products, because the river is important. they expect to pay €12.00 for the sushi luncheon, which is available in 5 variants and precedes the traditional Miso soup. The whole band width on sushi, sashimi, maki, temaki is offered à la carte.
We went there on 4th March 2017. It was around 17.30 and we ordered food before 18.00. We had to wait until 19.15.!!!! This was unbelievable slow. I ordered one menu called "Kyoto" which is 8 sushi rolls and 4 pieces of sushi. My mother ordered Udon. The taste is disappointing. It was our fault that we did not ask what exactly it is but from my Japanese food experience - if the noodle comes fried, it should be called "Yakisoba". but this one did not explain anything therefore we expected to have Udon in soup. It was not only us that was waiting like an hour - many tables also waited! I have no idea why it was very slow without any appologised on that. Dont go there if you do not have plenty of time to wait for them! Horrible.
