I'm sorry, but where does the administration control? the unique environment rewards there only little.
In the old mill thomas Höreth you already realize that it is not a restaurant where the owners have set themselves the goal of offering a lot of food for little money to appeal to customers as broad as possible, but rather to celebrate the fact of eating. the visit there is not only a meal, but an experience. even during winter without snow, you will be enchanted by the yard before entering the mill. all sorts of lovingly placed petty things are to be discovered, outside as inside and I am sure to fall on every visit a lot of other things. Although the environment despite several guests, was quite quiet, there was no depressing silence, one felt equally comfortable and domestic. among the customers of the family Höreth belong, besides the locals also international, which is another significant indicator that they have also made themselves a name in the surrounding area due to their lovely facility. now I wonder whether it is the taste of the owners to decorate with a lot of love for the detail and the also added somewhat overloaded art, or whether you try to pull the focus on it to overthrow other small inadequacies. for example eating. the card is very promising, although written by hand, but additionally underpainted, and with sufficient selection, especially as regards the drinks. in an acceptable time frame you could look at the restaurant and the associated store and discover a lot. the foods were appropriately tempered and the appetizers with the associated self-baked brot were a dream. in the main court the duck was excellently fried, but the compilation of the sweet did not testify to a high gaumen consciousness - the speck beans with the cheek- kartoffel burin now remind me of a communion, especially since the speck tastefully did not harmonize with the dee. this faux pas was revised with the dessert, the lebkuchenparfait has sympathized with the caramelized puddles so wonderfully that the pre-Christmas mood has penetrated directly through the lean into consciousness. the service was very courteous, appropriately distanced and articulation-capable, whereby the accommodating behavior would certainly be increased. the gast has the feeling of being well-resolved, but lacks the feeling of being served and standing at the center of the restaurant expert. To sum up, it can be said that it is a local one to have visited the old mill thomas Höreth and that it can probably never be boring even for masters through the enchanting decoration. because such restaurants are extremely rare, I would like to mention the service and the ambiente once again. the from the outside of a scene of a fairy-tale reminding mill is a cursed place in front of the stressful everyday and for people who still care that eating is not just a saturation.

My previous speakers have already mentioned the ambiente. it is something very special. besides the environment I would like to rate the good kitchen, the good service and the good wein from my own weingut with 5 stars. I have rarely experienced a fresher kitchen. who writes here by tk probably doesn't know how freshly costed. a dream is the Argentinian barkfilet, best quality, perfectly fried and even cheaper than dt barkfilet in most restaurants in the region. !
