Kantiang - Ko Lanta

Amazing, friendly service and good food. The pork saturation was a special highlight. Worth the little trek. The bathroom is a bit rough and ready, but this is not a problem given the delicious food and vibe. We just missed the sunset right, but the view over the bay is quite something.

The food is authentic and very good. They have different types of Papaya salad and other traditional Thai dishes. Pretty spicy, not irrigated tourist version.

This is my favorite place to eat on Koh Lanta! You have an amazing selection, especially from Thai salads... I recommend the mango salad with fried shrimps. Prices, service and location are all spot on. I have eaten a lot of Thai food (in Thailand and elsewhere) and this place meets all traces.

Child people run a nice little restaurant overlooking a small bay. If you order spicy food here, you get this (and very tasty). Make sure to ask the steamed rice powder with coconut in banana leaf (do not know what it is called on on the menu, but we were offered some and it was delicious).

Best in Lanta. Espeically Tom Yum and black pepper squid. Lemon and mango shake are fresh and tasteful. Worth to come back. By te way, the price is pretty resonable.
