Maple Street Biscuit Company Hardin Valley

Great food and coffee, but it closes at 2pm, so I will rarely have a chance to return. if it were open to dinner, I would often return.

I love their endless coffee refills. I am unsure of the fate awaiting me as I just consumed their Extra Risky Biscuit. It tasted fine going down. Nice atmosphere.

Had the Cowboy, a Biscuit stuffed with country fried steak, bacon, egg, cheese and sausage gravy. It was absolutely delicious. I also had their iced mocha maple latte. They actually roast their beans in house and it resulted in a great drink.

Anything with biscuits gravy or chicken and waffles are amazing! Their coffee is decent. The other menu items such as the bread pudding is pretty meh. The service here is fantastic. My only complaint would be that they don't explain the question of the month They just assume that you know that the answer is how they say when your food is ready. It's unique and fun, but it is also confusing since people don't typically listen for the name of their favorite actor or the name of their favorite high school teacher.

Amazing quality! Fast service! Flawless staff! What more is there to say? I'd you haven't eaten here get your butt over here now!
