The Club Hotel - Knox

Today, a group of four of us went to the restaurant on January 26. Two of us traveled from Hoppers Crossing. We were charged an extra 10% due to it being a holiday. The meat in our meal was tough and my companion's senior meal portion was half the size of what other restaurants serve. We were extremely disappointed with our experience. We used to frequent this restaurant, but after this meal, we will not be returning. The quality of the food was extremely poor.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant - we were able to seat our family of 4 on a Friday night without a reservation. The waitresses were all very friendly and helpful, and they were quick to serve us. When there was a small issue with our meal, our server Brooke was prompt in helping us resolve it. Overall, we had a great meal with delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back next time with a reservation.

This bistro serves well-cooked and well-proportioned dishes in a standard setting. Service is provided through a QR code or ordering at the bar. I opted for the QR code and our drinks were promptly brought out, followed by our dinner which was also delicious. The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially when assisting older individuals up and down the stairs. It would be beneficial for the owner to install a ramp or a small lift to improve accessibility for elderly and mobility-impaired patrons. While there is an alternative entrance, waiting in the cold for an employee to open the doors for my mother and me with her walker was not ideal. This issue does not reflect on the waiting staff or management, but improving accessibility could make the difference between a four and five-star rating for this establishment.

We haven't landed here for years and because we were in the area, we decided to eat here. The young man who greeted us was not very welcoming what was a shame. Hubby had the parmy with chips and salad he said would be okay and the chips were nice and hot. My meal of lamb juices with potatoes and vegetables was very disappointing. The meat did not fall off the bone as expected, there was not much taste for the sauce and the entire meal itself was not hot at all. It was definitely not worth the price. I doubt that in the future, I would re-think here.

Happened to be on the other side of town from where we live and stopped by The Club Hotel for lunch and a drink. So glad we did. A very tasty and delicious meal was enjoyed by us both. Friendly staff added to the enjoyable...time we spent there. Thank you.
