Order never received bit charged for. Restaurant want nothing to do with issue and hung up on me. Keep telling me I received my food and to stop complaining. Such horrible service.

This place is at the quaint Ferntree Plaza shopping centre in UFTG, around the corner from the chicken joint, towards the external entrance for the chemist and the Ramble On Cafe. Usually lots of parking available out the front. Comfy seating inside at three tables for four to six diners. Anyway, I stopped in here Friday lunchtime to try this soup as a take away (I like something light for lunch, and I like Tom Yum at lunchtime . The soup took less than 7 minutes to do, and it survived the 3km trip home in the car as it was sealed with cling wrap well done. The soup I thought this soup was called Tom Yum, but the menu here shows it as Tum Yum, and I don't really know any better so I won't argue. Basically it's a typical Tom Yum soup, but not too spicy, so this one is good for western palates. It included a few vegie pieces (carrots, broccoli, etc. , and a total of 5 pieces of seafood (calamari, fish, and one prawn . I guess that's not bad value for $8.50. Happy to recommend, and if you want it Hot, then perhaps ask for Hot. They also do lunch specials 7 days, with a separate Lunch menu and most items between $10 and $12.

We got a takeaway from this restaurant. Nothing had much flavour to it at all. Very bland. I bought it for four people and all of us said the same, so it wasn't just my taste buds being off.

The food here was really quite good. We enjoyed some of their dumpling varieties and some noodles. Very good value. Seating is pretty basic no ambience at all so take out seems the better option.

We have been going to Lilly's and ordering takeaway since it opened. Has this business been sold? It used to have the best dumplings around and the meals were always fresh and tasty. Last night we ordered takeaway. I had to spit my dumpling out.It was under cooked and soggy. As we lifted them out of the container, they fell into pieces. The lemon chicken was chewy as if it had been recooked. The rainbow beef dish contained meat that was dry, stringy and tough and the fried rice seemed to have been reheated over and over. it was dry and it contained very little other than the inferior rice. We definitely will not be having anything to do with this restaurant again!
