Subway - Knightdale

Not being able to use coupons due to the fact that the staff/management will not take them. Coupons clearly state that you are to use it in the restaurant. However, the staff/management explain that they cannot use it on the computer and that you need to order it online. The rudeness from the staff after explaining what it states and them still not allowing you to use your coupon for this location has caused me to write this review.

This place is so clean and the ladies are so sweet! Gracias!!!

The only thing that gets me in the store is the coupons that are sent to me in the mail. Last time o was in the store they had a sign excluding all the subs I would have wanted. Not being able to use the coupons will ensure that I will not be returning to this location.

Today was my first time at this location and I was very impressed. The two ladies working were very friendly and welcoming. I was happy I just happened to be there at the time I was because the customer in front of me was rude and obnoxious to the lady making his sub and there was no reason for that. She was so thorough and attentive and he was very rude for no reason. They didn’t deserve that. I told them when he left that they did nothing wrong and handed it very, very well. I hope their day gets better and I will definitely be back.
