Applebee's Grill And Knightdale

I write this review because of our amazing Server Crystal. Also worth mentioning was today the entire restaurant server! (Welcome until 2022 short staff is everywhere). I counted at least 9 tables she took care of. Luckily, she had some help from what saw a very good manager kitchen staff. Despite the enormous workload, Crystal Company gave us the best service we had in a long time! Food came hot as ordered and, and fast! And somehow our drinks never went dry. From food to service, our entire experience was one of the best we ever had. I am also impressed by how well the staff worked today as a team, especially Crystal. Other restaurants should come here and make notes!

I had the Buffalo Chicken salad, egg rolls and a staycation when I was waiting for my food. My food was amazing. This is one of my favorite chilis. I eat a lot here and I enjoy the atmosphere. Your food is amazing and SOME of staff is friendly. The Togo staff I interacted with is new and it had to explain what I wanted. You need more practice and training

Amazing service. Although my steak was undercooked Junko was very graceful friend and nice to worry that I checked it before I even knew the plate was before me. She ensured that my drinks were always filled and a togo box and cup proved for my meal. She was just amazing. Please stop the great work. I will definitely come back.

Thanks Crystal for the best waitress!!! We have recently read some hard reviews about our chilis, but we always believe in giving a business a chance. Crystal was a perfect waitress. She was kind, she brewed us a fresh coffee. The chefs were at last night..because our burgers were perfectly cooked... hot, fresh and tasty. Thank you for making our last lunch. Close dinner the best! Crystal and the crew made it a great experience!

My food was extremely fresh and all meats on my fajita plate were excellent and not overcooked or over seasoned.Thank you Chillis for an amazing experience
