Panarottis Matlosana Mall - Klerksdorp

Panarottis at Matlosana Mall has an awesome indoor playing area for kids. There is a net-covered climbing platform with slides and padded bars, great for toddlers. There is also a full time attendant keeping an eye over the kids area. We enjoyed a Sweet Chilli Chicken Feta Pizza for R123 that was delicious. As we were on the road passing through, we grabbed a coffee as well which pleasantly surprised me, better than a few dedicated coffee shops' coffee.

I recieved efficient and friendly service from the waiter on a reasonably busy day. It took 3-4mins for my drink and 16-18min for my pizza. The Mexicana (I chose the hot variant) was delcious, but the base slightly tough. Also, the knife was a bit blunt so my table shook every time I had tried cutting a stubborn piece of pizza. The hot flavour was not significantly strong. It required some green chilli to give it some potency.

Poor service. Understaffed, slow food presenting, hot drinks received cold and order incomplete and a family member had to wait for her food after my enquiry. This also happened before and nothing is being done about the service

Worst service ever. We had to wait for our drinks more than 30min, we had for our staters and now we ate still waiting for main course to come

We only visited the 2 baby shops, Checkers for Bobtail gravy and and the china shop to buy suitcase. So there was no time to browse. We had a quick bite to eat at the Wimpy and the food was as good as any Wimpy. The man that served us was very frienly but the 2 lady servers looked so unfriendly.
