Barrier Island Bagels - KITTY HAWK

OMG! You've gotta try this place! Small and busy, busy, busy but the food is phenomenal! So many amazing bagels and options. Their biscuits and gravy is so yummy! The waiter is awesome, he's the only server and he rocks it! We visited three times on ourweek in the OBX and will definitely be back again soon!

The service was amazing and very personable! The food is super fresh! Have a mimosa while you wait for your order. I got an avocado and tomato bagel. It was really fresh and delicious, had a sweet finish at the end because of the balsamic. A must goplace in OBX! I wish I took a photo of it!!

We ordered the Jersey Morning on an Everything bagel and the BLT with rosemary. The line was out the door, but it was definitely worth the wait. The service was as quick as possible, and the staff was incredibly friendly and sweet. Don’t miss it—make sure to include this spot in your OBX itinerary!

What an amazing experience! When we arrived, the line was out the door, but it moved quickly, and we were seated in no time. You could really see how hard the staff was working to assist everyone. The menu was extensive, with options for everyone. We each built our own bagels, and the scallion cream cheese on everything bagels was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere inside was bright and cozy, making for a lovely dining experience. Overall, it was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it.

I found the perfect spot for a quick lunch! You have to try the French Kiss bagel. It’s a French toast bagel lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar, topped with cream cheese and crispy bacon, all drizzled with maple syrup. It’s amazing!
