Pizza Hut - Kittanning

Poor service. wait two hours and never get my food. I called to ask where my food was, and they said they couldn't find my address when I just used the app for delivery, 5 days ago, to my saved address in the app. I lost my time and thankfully for not using a credit card. will not be ordered again by them.

I remember a time when I went to Pizza Hut, it was late at night. The lighting was dim, the atmosphere was cozy with tablecloths and large red translucent cups. The pizza and service were excellent, even better than today's Pizza Hut. I am giving my review based on my experience at the Kittanning location, but I'm sure others have had different experiences. Unfortunately, I have noticed that the prices have gone up, the service has declined, and the quality has decreased. I would suggest that the corporate office check on their employees' brain function, as their lack of leadership and customer care is concerning. Their focus seems to be more on appearance rather than customer satisfaction. Overall, I was not impressed with my recent visit.

The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch, and the food is cooked perfectly. The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond for a pizza restaurant.

This Pizza Hut is fantastic, the food is always delicious and satisfying.

Called in today and told them I wanted a LG pep pan pizza and asked if they had stuff crust with the pan and the girl spoke broken English and she said yes and I said if not I want a pan pizza and she said 20 bucks and I said no way I was paying 20 bucks for a large pan pizza so she said 14.99. She was speaking so fast and again I said a large pan pizza with pep and stuff crust if they have it. I got a thin stuff crust pizza. Not what I ordered.I will not order from kittanning pizza hut again. Hire people that can speak clear English for taking orders.
