Tito's Pizza - Kitchener

This restaurant in KW is the ultimate pizza spot. They pile on generous toppings, serve up heaping portions of garlic bread, and their chicken wings are perfectly cooked with a barbecue flavor. It's a must-visit for all pizza lovers.

I ordered takeout from Tito's Pizza tonight. I got the family deal, which is a great value, but I was informed it would take 45 minutes.

The price was good and the pizza was fresh and hot. We got 5 toppings for $14 plus tax. Can't really complain, you get what you pay for.

We have been going here ever since it was opened as has always been our go to place for pizza. We have seen it change hands a few times, but their pizza and wings never changed...neither did the fast and courteous service. That is...until the latest change. The new management and staff are very rude and not interested in customer satisfaction whatsoever. If they get the order wrong, they say they will correct it for you "the next time" and promise to put your name in "their book". So, the next time you make a purchase and you ask for the "correction" to be honoured they make excuses why they can't but say "the next time you come in" they will make it right. Then you go in again and they tell you they won't honour the correction because "your name isn't in the book". But because you are so hungry at 11:30 pm after 2days on the road, you decide to still make your FULL purchase only to find out they botched THAT order. You go in the next day to talk to the manager and he calls you a liar about yesterday's order and proceeds to tell you that you're the ONLY one who seems to have these problems and that you, in the future, should go elsewhere for your pizza and wings. RUDE doesn't even begin to discribe the ignorant way this store is run. I will be going elsewhere, even if I have to pay more. Their product isn't nearly good enough for me to have to put up with this type abuse. If I could give them negative stars, I would!!!STAY AWAY!!!
