This place has no seating and not very much food to choose from this is one of the small Tim Hortons around and sometimes the service isn't very good they skipped me and just because I'm blind they will get someone else to serve
After buying a drink, was looking for a available table to work. All the tables were dirty. Asked if someone can make one of them cleaned up for me. The worker just gave me the wipe to clean it myself. : So, that's my less preferred location so far. Dirty, lack of service and I'm scared to thing of how our food is managed and provided.
Super rude customer service. Was there yesterday morning to grab a quencher and english muffin, the order taker kept interrupting and would not let me finish my order. Later for payment she banged the machine after the payment process and felt like she was about to throw the drinks and food at us. It felt disrespectful and rude. We are paying for the items and not asking for freebies so just some decency would be appreciated. Coming from customer service background I understand that long queues could be frustrating but that does not mean you treat someone terrible and ruin their entire day with bad attitude.
The point of having mobile order is so that it’s ready to go as soon as I get there. Every time I submit a mobile order to this location, it’s like nobody knows what to do with it, then they have to confirm it’s for me, then they have to make it. It saves zero time, and renders mobile ordering pointless. I have no issues with any other locations, your staff need more training on the mobile ordering process.
