Bidrage med feedbackSuper rude customer service. Was there yesterday morning to grab a quencher and english muffin, the order taker kept interrupting and would not let me finish my order. Later for payment she banged the machine after the payment process and felt like she was about to throw the drinks and food at us. It felt disrespectful and rude. We are paying for the items and not asking for freebies so just some decency would be appreciated. Coming from customer service background I understand that long queues could be frustrating but that does not mean you treat someone terrible and ruin their entire day with bad attitude.
The point of having mobile order is so that it’s ready to go as soon as I get there. Every time I submit a mobile order to this location, it’s like nobody knows what to do with it, then they have to confirm it’s for me, then they have to make it. It saves zero time, and renders mobile ordering pointless. I have no issues with any other locations, your staff need more training on the mobile ordering process.

Not a very sanitary place to go. They touch the inside of the coffee lids with their hands. Don't listen well at all and get orders wrong all the time. Very slow service. Westmount and Victoria location Kitchener ON. Again another bad experience at this location. August 23, 2023. I have lived across from this restaurant for 7 years. They don't listen when you ask a specific question. I asked for the balance on a gift card in the middle of my order and instead she used it to pay for my order. Then I had to pay again for something else. Then they made me wait to get a few more cream for my coffee. After several bad experiences at this Tim Hortons I lost my cool. I wish that didn't happen but I had just lost my father and was under a lot of stress. This place is not run very efficiently and hasn't been for a long time. The drive though comes first. The rest have to wait. They need more staff. Sorry for losing my cool. Feel better now that I have shared my experience.

During my recent visit to your establishment, I encountered an extremely unpleasant incident that has left me disheartened as a loyal daily consumer of Tim Hortons.While placing my order, I was shocked by Lakhwinder's unprofessional and rude demeanor. Not only did she raise her voice and yell at me, but she also went to the extent of flaunting her name tag and challenging me to complain anywhere, exhibiting a complete lack of care and disrespect towards my concerns. This type of behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of Tim Hortons.As a customer who has been a regular patron of Tim Hortons for a significant period, I have always appreciated the quality of service and the welcoming atmosphere provided by your staff. However, Supervisor Lakhwinder's actions completely contradicted these positive experiences, leaving a lasting negative impression.And also if your supervisor is behaving like this then what to say.I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. The incident I experienced was an extreme violation of this principle, and it has led me to question whether I should continue visiting Tim Hortons in the future.I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur in your Westmount outlet.
