Pizza Pizza - Kitchener

Whenever you'll go to this store in the evening, the washroom is always out of service. There is an old bald guy and a fat guy who place that child feeding wooden chair in the way and automatically the washroom becomes out of service and the reason maybe they don't want to clean the washroom that's why they don't want any of their customers to use washroom.

Good food. Had a great time. Will definitely come back for having the same. ?

I would have given less than 1 star if it was possible.The worst chicken sandwich and fries ever.The staff was super rude to everyone.go there if you want to ruin your day and destroy your tastebuds.

The person who seemed to be the owner then offered to make us a new pizza. However, they ended up taking back both pizzas, reheating them in the oven, and returned the same pizzas to us. When we checked the pizza, the crust was extremely hard. We spoke to the girl at the front again, asking why we received the same pizza. She responded that the other customer was enjoying their pizza and accused us of having outdated thinking. The man then approached us again, and when we refused to take the reheated pizza, he said they would make a new one but insisted he wouldn’t cook it properly this time, speaking in a harsh tone. This response was very unprofessional. Instead of instructing his staff to be more attentive, he was rude to us. The girl also needs better training on work ethics, customer service, and how to apologize for mistakes rather than making personal comments. Based on this experience, I would rate this location a zero. Thank you.

I ordered a veggie pizza, and it was excessively oily and salty. Even though I requested extra cheese, there was none on the pizza, and it was overloaded with chili flakes and oregano. Oil was leaking from the pizza box, making it a messy experience. Overall, it felt like a waste of money to order from this place. I've never had issues with other stores, but this one seems to be getting worse by the day. A year or two ago, they made good pizzas, but that's no longer the case. I won't be ordering from here again.
