Pita Factory - Kitchener

Outstanding! This is hands down the best pita shop in the city! Everything was incredibly fresh, unlike the location on Highland Rd. Plus, this location opened at 11 o'clock, which was a nice change from the Highland Rd location.

This restaurant offers a perfect combination of quality food, generous portions, and excellent customer service. One great deal they have is $12.99 for 2 gyros and 2 canned sodas. The gyros are huge, with a diameter of easily 3 1/2 inches, and they are filled to the brim with meat. The selection of fresh toppings and sauces is impressive, with about 16 toppings and 8 sauces to choose from. They also have several other deals that I plan to try in the future. You will not be disappointed with a visit to this restaurant. Also, fun fact - did you know that PITA is A Tip spelled backwards? A visit here is not only delicious but educational too.

Recently, I ordered two gyros and two soft drinks for $12.99 at this restaurant. However, when I went to pay, the total came to $21 because they charged me an extra dollar for cheese. I was not happy about having to pay more for something that should have been included in the original price.

I was here the other day to get a pita for me. When I ordered, I asked that extra-huh is on the side and I would pay for it. the dame said: “We cannot do this”. I looked at her and...breathed “Why not?!” she said that it has to go to the pita and they cannot calculate for extra pieces meat separately. I explained that this was for my dog and the pita was for me, so I didn't want to go extra on my pita, I wanted it on the helper. again she said no. So I told her to forget and started to go. wonderfully she said: “I can do it now for you” I said no thanks! then it went out! Unfortunately, this is not the first time that they treat terrible! not worth it!
