Bad costume service. the personal does not know how to behave with the costumer. when they complain, they speak so rude and loud. it happened twice in a week. I had ordered large schawarma on the rows and both paint the personal, she gave me quantity even less than medium just filled with sauces and when I complained to her, she can do nothing and that is what she gives for big size. she was so rude.

Subpar and overpriced. You would be better off going to a small family run more authentic shawarma like Zay-Zaman or even Arabesque. The spicing and everything about the flavours was off. YUCK!

Beware of the positive reviews. They incentives customers with a free drink if you leave a 5 star review.This place used to be good. However the quality has gone down drastically. The previous 3 times in a row I’ve had purchased food from this location has been a negative and problematic experience.First time the toppings in the wrap were all wrong. Which I gave the benefit of the doubt as mistakes happen.The second time I ordered the chicken on the rocks and the rice was extreme over cooked and the portions were noticeably less. Again gave them the benefit as times are hard with everything going on in the world and small business are suffering.This previous time I ordered the large chicken on the sticks. Again received small portions and cold/stale fries. $20 bucks large on the sticks with a drink and what a waste of money.These guys have some of the highest prices for their food compared to other shawarma places yet the quality is no where near other places. Would recommend Mozy’s or Lazeez if you’re in the mood for shawarma rather this this location.

Waited15 mins for old French fries and rice that was crunchy. Employees seemed lazy and didn't care.

So I went to order food and not only did it take really long with no rush but they barely had any sauce or fries on my chicken on the stick. I’ve had osmows in other places and never had any issues. These people look very cheap don’t recommend this place you are better off eating somewhere else. Trust
