Martini's - Kitchener

We had a dinner, nothing imaginable about the experience. a little disappointed with the restaurant: it becomes quite casual. there is no raised feeling more about the restaurant. please bring back a 5-star experience!

Amazing as usual! We go to the Charchoal very often and have never had a bad experience or less than perfect food and service. My favourite restaurant for almost 30 years!! Love the new reno too.

My food was a bit cold but still tasty. The service and atmosphere was good overall. I would definitely recommend Martini's.

We couldn’t wait to see the renovations, although the new bar area was really great, we were stuck in the same old worse table in the place. Same table as last time. That way too small half circle booth. I told the hostess I hated that table and she just smiled and walked away. Our waitress Carling was great! Very personable! I ordered the ribs which I had many times before. Mashed potatoes are amazing as always. I was disappointed in the ribs this time. There were a 3 bone piece that was so fatty I couldn’t eat it. My husband had the strip loin steak, he said he had better other places. To pay $120 before tip for a meal without apps or dessert we thought it was a big disappointment. Plus paying that much for a meal and don’t even get complimentary bread or chips...... we’ll be taking a break from here.

We have done Martini’s two years in a row for new year ‘s eve. At the risk of making it impossible to get a reservation next year I have to say they do a very good job. The menu is superb with good choices. The portions are great. The food is well prepared and comes in a timely manner. As always the staff is great! Adequate parking and they even had an escort with an umbrella to get passengers to and from the door in the rain. All I all a great place for a new year celebration!
