If you are ever craving for authentic Vietnamese Banh Mi aka Sub then this is the place to go.I like to order Spicy BBQ Pork and Spicy chicken teriyaki. Nowadays it's very busy and if you walk in and order, expect a 15-20 min wait.The best way to order would be over the phone that way you just pick it up when it's ready. No waiting. Just my opinion

For the price, the food is great and the customer service is excellent. We got 2 BBQ Pork banh mi made mildly spicy and 2 steamed buns to go. The ingredients were all fresh, the buns were crispy, and you could ask them to lower the spice level. It was perfect for our picnic. Just a side note, they only take cash or debit.

One of my favourites. Subs are always delicious and they can make it truely spicy if you ask (but it is hot! . Assorted, spicy chicken, and sardines are my favourites.

Mom and Pop shop, the prices definitely went up since the ol' days to reflect on the inflation. Unfortunately quality has gone down as well. It is a quick and affordable lunch in today's standard.

If you're in search of a great sandwich, this restaurant on King St is a true hidden gem. We recently tried the BBQ Pork and Satay Chicken Banh Mi and they were both delicious. The bread was outstanding and the service was prompt. Don't miss out on this place if you haven't been here yet.
