City Pizza - Kitchener

I used to go to City Pizza in Cambridge, ... it was the original I believe. They were so busy it was always fresh. This location is not very busy and the pizza is never "hot out of the oven" They gratefully heat it back up for you but that is not the same. Just left overs!

The order was completely mixed up, to the point where I believe they brought me someone else's order. The delivery driver bluntly stated that he would not return and if I didn't want it, I should deal with it myself. The whole reason I ordered delivery was to avoid going out, haha. When I called to address the issue, they argued with me that they had sent the correct pizza. We had ordered a combo with a Hawaiian pizza, but the pizza we received had pepperoni and mushroom toppings - definitely not Hawaiian! This isn't the first time I've had problems with this restaurant, but it will definitely be the last. The staff smoke outside and do not wash their hands (I've witnessed this personally), so who knows what else they may be doing without proper hygiene practices. It's disgusting. There are plenty of cheap pizza places out there; do yourself a favor and choose a different one.

Stopped in today for my slice and drink . Boys were amazing as usual . Pizza was hot fresh and tasty. from now on no matter where I am I will come back to this location

I love pizza. I mean LOVE pizza !!! But sometimes budget pizza on a Friday night is all you can get, which would usually lead me to another pizza delivery service. Then I heard about City Pizza, and that they'd won multiple Reader's Choice Awards and had to check them out. And wow am I glad I did !! For pizza delivery, this is one of the best. Always hot, they've yet to make a mistake with our order and delivered ontime always. Plus I love that I can order online and I'm done. More like handmade pizza than other delivery generic pizzas and the taste is delish !! Plus they have 99 cent slices that help curb my cravings but doesn't kill my wallet.You definately need to check these guys out. For a quick delivery friday night pizza you won't be disappointed !!!

I ordered delivery they showed up after an hour with a cold pizza. Price for the service was not great 45 bucks for two pizzas. Thnx for nothing. Won't be back
