I used to dine at this restaurant regularly, but I am disappointed that they no longer offer hard shell tacos and Nachos as options on the menu. The service is generally slow, despite the fact that they prepare your food in front of you as you order. The atmosphere is lacking and the staff are not as friendly as they used to be.

We placed an order through their website on Saturday night, just before they were about to close. After waiting for an hour and not receiving our food, we called the restaurant to inquire. They informed us that they were already closed and unable to fulfill our order. Despite this, they were unable to cancel the order on their website. We have since contacted their head office via email and called the local store, but have yet to receive a response from a manager as promised. As a result, we have had to dispute the charge on our credit card, making for a very frustrating experience.

Place is clean and nice. Servers are really nice and give good portion of bowl. Surely coming back.

What happened during the pandemic? Why are these places not teaching their employees they shouldn't ever handle cash or the till with the SAME GLOVES ON and then handle the food? Absolutely disgusting and filthy.The benefit to all this is seeing it happen so often has turned me off takeout and I'm saving a lot of money.
