The staff took a few minutes to acknowledge me waiting to place my order, but that was probably because they were busy and working hard. Once they noticed me, they treated me with warmth and kindness. My order is always served fresh and hot, and the staff is very friendly.

I really loved the food there. I had Buddy Burger and it was really amazing and the staff was also quite nice and polite. Had an amazing experience.

The food at this restaurant is tasty, but be prepared for a long wait - it's the slowest fast food spot around. If you have time to spare, it's worth it. If not, consider coming back at a less busy time.

Every time we visit this restaurant's drive-thru, we have a wonderful experience. Yesterday, we decided to dine in and were pleasantly surprised by how incredible the food tasted in the store as well! Although we did have to wait a bit longer than usual compared to the drive-thru, the food was absolutely delicious. The fries were fresh, our order was accurate, and the burger had a great taste. The manager was also very kind and friendly, and I have always seen him every time I visit this location.

A&W has become my favourite go-to place for fast food drive through. I've only every visited the Victoria St. location so can only vouch for this one. The burgers are delicious as well as fries & poutine -- my usual order at the drive thru. Service is speedy and window attendants are very polite & thoughtful -- last night told me to please be careful of the chicken sandwich as it was very hot --- and yes, the food is always piping hot there. Great value -- quality & quantity -- you get your money's worth. Yummy rootbeer goes without saying :)
